She should get fined and then she should seek redress from the agent.

If she seeks redress from the agent it confirms she absolutely knew ( which clearly they did ) that the licence was a requirement so her position goes from negligent to wilful.

Knight Frank have now come out and said they too told Reeves she needed a licence to rent out her property, they also have all the emails to back that up.

Starmer is desperate not to have to sack her just before the Budget but with this latest development AND all the lies and deceit regarding her fraudulent CV, I don’t think this one is going to go away.

How can, on one hand, Nick Adderley be charged with Fraud and MIPO for lying about his military service on his CV and yet on the other hand Rachel Reeves receives a ringing endorsement and support from the PM despite lying on her own CV and now having seemingly committed a criminal offence in relation to letting out her Dulwich property without the correct licence, contrary to Section 95 of the Housing Act 2004?!
