I do make you right, I know it’s easy to look at an ex-players deficiencies rather than their good points.
I think as well, it’s not something we’ve been used to over the years, replacing good players that leave with better as in LaCroix for Andersen. Also although not better, Sarr has been a great replacement for Olise.

Yep, and Anderson was brilliant for us. Alongside MG was the catalyst for us starting to play out of of the back.

But we 100% made the right call, Fulham are now 30m down, and have a 29yo on big wages.

I have asserted as such on a few occasions on HOL.
I did recognise his passing abilities, either out to the flanks or into midfield.
I believe the deal with Fulham for Andersen was £25 Mill rising to £30 Mill.The deal for the younger Lacroix was a fee of up to £21 Mill.

pretty sure those amounts are in Euros so even cheaper. Eur 18m with an extra Eur 3m in add ons
