One of the bigger voices in getting FA Cup replays ended because of fixture congestion now scrambling around Asia during the closed season trying to make a buck .

I dare say they will come back strong at some point but Im enjoying seeing them get a bit of a reality check . No European football for them cuts off a much needed revenue stream and will probably mean in the short term at least that they will be a selling club . Current players are tainted as non triers and on big contracts so they wont walk away . Younger stars will be sold , not that they have any that I would be looking at though they do seem to become better players when they leave .

Wonder if Parish is thinking about Selhurst Park being rebuilt to accommodate 200,000. You have seem the Palace; now go to Selhurst Park (for quality football and atmosphere).
