Al Qaeda are Sunni terrorists. Shiite Iran has nothing whatever to do with them. Sworn enemies (as was Saddam Hussein). Your link undoubtedly comes off a nut-job website or is a ficton pedaled by the UWSA, Israel etc. (as George W did with Iraq)
The other list you give are simply countries. I am not gong to research the list as I suspect that any atrocities were also Sunni and sponsored from "private" sources from our friends in Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc.

1989 – Assassination of Kurdish leaders in Vienna, Austria
Iran was suspected of orchestrating the killing of Kurdish dissidents aligned with the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI).
1991 – Assassination of Shapour Bakhtiar in France
Iran’s last prime minister under the Shah was murdered near Paris. French courts linked the killing to Iran’s intelligence ministry.
1992 – Mykonos Restaurant Assassinations (Germany)
Iranian-Kurdish opposition leaders were assassinated in Berlin. German courts found Iran’s leadership directly responsible, causing a diplomatic crisis.
2018 – Foiled bomb plot in Paris

In New Delhi, the wife of an Israeli diplomat was injured by a magnetic bomb. Similar failed attempts occurred in Tbilisi. Iran and Hezbollah were widely blamed.

2012 – Foiled terror plot in Kenya
Two Iranian nationals were arrested and convicted for plotting attacks against Western targets in Kenya. Authorities found explosives they had intended to use.
And just to bring it home to the UK, MI5 foiled a Hezbollah bomb plot in London in 2015 and multiple dissidents have been targeted for assassination.
