The ICJ is currently hearing a case bought by South Africa ( irony abounds ) against Israel of genocide under the 1948 convention, that will determine if what has happened in Gaza meets the international legal definition of genocide. Until that case is finalised, all the rest is noise.

People can throw around the word genocide as much as they want , until the ICJ rules it is only an opinion.

I am sure others on here will think otherwise as this view would not support their narrative.

I will wait until the ICJ rules before spouting on this.
