Israel v Hamas

The media seem bored of this now. I presume the marches will start to fade away.

There's quite a bit of coverage of late regarding the leaked video from Israel showing the abuse and reported rape of Palestinian detainees at Sde Teiman;

There's a huge scandal in Israel about the leaking of the video.

Obviously much less scandal about the rape and abuse itself.

And none of it's interesting.

But thanks again for stopping by - seems a really worthwhile exercise.
I have all day.

What is curious is your obsession with this subject. It's almost like you have an axe to grind

It's not at all curious - it's one of the biggest talking points in geopolitics.

I notice you never make the same allegation to our Zionist friends who post just as much, if not more than I do, on here. You never make the same allegation to posters who discuss American politics, or anything else for that matter.

But it's me with the obsession.

A very weird bloke.

Well you did spend time on that Stabby London thread trying to pretend that knife crime is normal in a big city and not a big problem, so I'm not sure people should be taking you too seriously.

Clearly your wisdom is at a similar level on this subject.

I'm off to be weird somewhere. Bye.

Your comprehension is playing up again.

I suppose I could spend my time imagining that I'm being replaced and oppressed, but I'm just not that insecure.

Sure. Much better to worry about a load of people in another country who would probably kill you for being a non believer than your own people who are at risk of being bred out of existence

They are your own people, aren't they?

Either get a room or use the 'ignore' function.........that way everyone else can stay on topic

Thank you
My fault.

Promise I'll be good. 😉

This famine stuff is exactly the same as the genocide claim - I am aligned with the overwhelming majority view, shared by nearly every credible agency and expert in the world, and you seem to think that just saying 'na' is a convincing argument to counter.

There must be a real comfort in just sticking your fingers in your ear and deciding what is real and what isn't based on your own prejudices - it's obviously a nonsense way to live, but it must be quite comforting.

You're aligned with propaganda and a cherry picked survey, plus those with vested interests.

Btw, what about the Sudan right now? Any protests planned? Or are you sticking fingers in your ears on that one?

All the people quoting the BBC on this thread since October 7... We did tell you. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is being presented as concrete evidence of bias within the BBC, when it is no such thing.

It’s one man’s opinion. An opinion that wasn’t shared by others. If there is evidence of bias it exists in the opinion of the man who decided to leak his own opinion.

Which begs the question not only as to why he did that but why the Telegraph decided to splash it.

Having read the reports published in the UK and that published on the Arabic service whilst there is a difference in emphasis they both tell essentially the same story, but just from a slightly different perspective. Which is hardly surprising given the markets they are serving.

The BBC world service cleared it and I think they were right to do so.

It’s a fuss about nothing. Why it’s being talked up by the Telegraph is a much more important issue. Why do they bash the BBC at every opportunity? That’s not so difficult to answer. They have a long standing antagonism to public broadcasting. It objects to the licence fee and sees the BBC, in particular, as a competitor. They are unashamedly right wing and see everything in the centre as being left leaning.

Good for them.

A Zionist telling me I’m aligned with propaganda is f***ing funny to be fair.
