Is Glasner the problem?

Glasner's a winner, not the problem.

Agreed. There are two problems, but these do not seem to me to be the manager or the formation.

1. It's the team's consistent failure to defend set pieces.
2. Forwards keep fluffing their lines.

The points lost in the league from results dictated by set piece goals, not to mention the FA Cup match, have given rise to current malaise in the fan base. Our converted goals compared to XG is the lowest in the league by some measure.

Stop conceding from set pieces, and start putting a few chances away. We'll see an instant upturn in our performances and results. For me, both these issues come down to the players.

If people are saying the coaching staff are the reason we cannot defend set pieces or stick away chances rather than the players then that is a related but different conversation.

Glasner is relatively young, and this is his first stint in the Premiership, so he's on a bit of a learning curve. Thing is, what has he learnt? If he takes his experience with us elsewhere at the end of the season good luck to him, he brought us silverware where previously there was none, that's good enough I think.
Plus, the game can be harsh and you are only as good as your last result, or last set of results. In this regard he currently has his work cut out.
52 is young ?

One problem, Glasner.

Long article stating the bleeding obvious - 4 competitons and small squad dont mix. Don't need a team of analysts (inside or outside of the club) to get this far.

Some interesting.points though - Didn't realise we have 9 players injured but i guess unfortunately I've stopped counting Riad and Doucoure.

How about a 'fan fatigue' table next measuring people fed up watching their team / disclosing team allegiance (albeit a temporary measure).
