Well post somewhere else where people agree with you. Clearly differing opinions need to be labelled in your world. They cannot just be accepted as just that.
I think you are a left wing woke socialist preacher.
He'd probably fare quite well on the BBS. They love that dangerous ideology over there.

He was treated incorrectly by officers who believed lies.

Not differently. He was the victim of an appalling attack, made worse by the deliberate misrepresentations of the perpetrator and his family and the inappropriate response of the police officers attending the call.

We have learned today that he could not have survived whatever emergency treatment had been given. Which, whilst not excusing the behaviour of either the perpetrators or the police, might be of some small comfort to his family.
No, he was treated differently. Purely because the anti-racism police training which can be found on NPCC police website brainwashed them into prioritising ethnic minorities over white people. Digwa's family knew this and that is why they took full advantage of it. It is also why the police checked Henry Nowak's and his dad's phones to find some sort of justification of why Henry Nowak deserved to die in their minds. When they found nothing, they were forced to concede that they got it wrong. It is why Vikram Digwa wasn't handcuffed at any point but a young boy dying on the floor was. It is also why they are pledging to review said commitment along with some blatantly obvious damage control in the wake of Henry Nowak's death.

Police anti-racism commitment 'gives the wrong impression', minister says

This is indisputable. If you choose not to believe it then tough, it is what happened whether you like it or not.

Yup, from Jew hating leftists such as yourself
Don’t be so ridiculous!

I don’t hate Jews. If I hate anything it’s bad behaviour by those who ought to know better.

I strongly disapprove of the political approach of the current Israeli government, led by Netanyahu, who is Jewish. That though doesn’t mean I hate Jews. I strongly disapprove of Trump, who isn’t Jewish,

Nor am leftist! Pay attention! I stand on the middle ground.

I have never thought that living in an echo chamber and responding to dog whistles achieved anything other than the confirmation of your own biases.

Maybe you enjoy that and would prefer not to have to be faced by someone who disagrees with you. You are likely to be disappointed.

I am not left wing. Or socialist. Nor a preacher. I am a centralist to whom religion is yesterday’s explanations of our existence.

Total nonsense. You are another responding to the dog whistle being blown by people like Farage and Lowe.

As I explained a while back in this thread the guidance that has been quoted has been taken out of context and misrepresented. It is not intended to provide priorities to any section of society. It’s intended to ensure the opposite, that everyone gets treated fairly and on merit.

The guidance is about recognising that people’s needs are different so, to ensure fairness, different approaches are needed. It applies to all, whether they are victims, witnesses or perpetrators. It’s understanding that their experience and knowledge may vary so a variety of techniques are needed too. Checking phones for evidence is standard procedure. It helps eliminate false accusations every bit as much as confirm genuine ones.

They are reviewing the language in the guidance, to avoid any possibility of misunderstanding. Not the guidance itself, for which no review or apology is necessary.

Any evidence for any of these assertions?

Every lawyer has no option other than to abide by the law. Change the law. Make it unambiguous and they will operate within it.
It's nothing to do with abiding by the law. Lawyers, and human rights lawyers especially, often try to find ways around the law. Loopholes and technicalities are their bread and butter.

Total nonsense. They are reviewing the whole guidance, which basically states to treat ethnic minorities in a different way, that is indisputable( well apart from in your world), as confirmed by many in the Force. Misunderstanding! give it a rest

Not all haters of Israel are Jew-haters, but all Jew-haters hate Israel. Most haters of Trump hate Israel. Many extreme Leftists claim to be middle of the road. All extreme Leftists brand anyone politically to the right of them as Far Right.

Yes.

I heard an interview with the lady responsible for drawing up the quoted guidance who said it was being taken out of context. She ought to know. She wrote it.

Police chiefs, the Prime Minister, and legal commentators defend the guidance, stating that the documents are taken out of context. They argue that "equity" does not mean treating demographics differently, but rather recognizing that different communities face unique challenges and require tailored policing to ensure everyone receives equal justice and protection. Which is a good summary of what the author said too.

Successive governments and Chief Constables vehemently deny that a "two-tier" system exists in law. They argue that attacking the institution stokes racial division and undermines the hard work of officers who respond impartially to thousands of daily incidents.

Opponents and the grieving families involved in these high-profile tragedies have accused politicians of selectively using specific incidents and out-of-context documents to inflame public rage for political gain.

People like Farage and Lowe are being offered a way to tone down the rhetoric and find common ground in trying to heal the divisions they have helped create. It has been acknowledged that the wording in the guidance could be better so is being reviewed with the intention of clarifying it. Badenoch, to her credit, has already done so.

Perhaps some here could learn something from her?
