Immigration

The bias is entirely on the right as we are now witnessing with the disgusting statements from the likes of Jenrick and Farage, winding up the gullible so they riot.

I listened to the lady from the Commission that wrote the protocol that advises police officers on how to handle different ethnicities. The one now being quoted as evidence of 2 tier policing.

She didn’t mince her words. She said they are being deliberately disingenuous for political purposes.

That protocol has nothing whatsoever to do with how people who are suspected of any criminality are treated.

It only concerns ensuring that the police are aware of how different backgrounds and cultures can impact what people can understand and what support they might need. It applies to everyone. Whether they are victims, witnesses or accused.

I suppose you think I am politically of the “left”. I am not. Like most in our country I am in the pragmatic centre. I object to leftish politics just as much as to the right. I seek fairness and objectivity.

I, and those who think like me, have no problem at all in condemning those responsible for this terrible murder. If the police officers involved, who unquestionably made an error of judgement, are found to have done so because of carelessness then disciplinary action will doubtless result. They will have let their service down and brought it into disrepute.

What isn’t true is what the right are trying to promulgate. There isn’t a systemic failure that has led to this. There was a brutal murder of an innocent by an individual, who was aided and abetted by the lies of family members.
We don’t see much evidence of tvat on here

We don’t know that but it is irrelevant anyway to this. He murdered!

You are describing a different, whilst very important, problem. One I have addressed before here. The lack of integration of new arrivals. I am uncompromising on this. I think anyone who arrives here must undertake to accept British law, standards and culture. Any religious beliefs must be kept private and become secondary. Religious education should not exist along with religious influence in schools.

People should be offered a choice of accepting or being refused entry. If accepting they must also accept scrutiny and testing. Any evidence of non compliance resulting in expulsion.

Not focussed on one religion, or particular countries. All religion and every country.
But it isn’t irrelevant is it? His ethnicity was very much to the fore as to how the police handled thus situation. A fact, which no doubt you will dispute, but when proved to be true, I doubt you will admit you were wrong

I see that the Guardian are focused on the right things. I mean "far right" things.

Stories about
1. Farage stirring up hatred and division
2. Badenock calling out the PM for talking about race
3. "Protestors" being violent and injuring the cops

Nothing about the lefty wankers who went down to ruin a vigil.

Another apology from the BBC, who’d have thought it. Obviously Wissie will explain why it is not an issue tvat they broadcast another lie…, sorry a BBC journalist misremembered, wtf does that mean 🤔 oh yes he lied
I can help. The left call that unconscious bias. What they mean is that someone is guilty even though they never said or did the thing that you thought. 😀
