Listen to the statement from his father
“ Despite being unable to sit up, he was handcuffed, DRAGGED ALONG GRAVEL ( perhaps he is lying Wissie!)and formally arrested for assault. He was read his rights which was the last thing he heard before he died”. ANYONE who can defend the police after hearing this, need to take a long hard look at themselves

On the ground and they handcuffed the lad?

Read him his rights as he lay dying.

Disgusting.

Evil.

We can blame the individual officers and we should, but more at fault is the anti white system that produced and employed them.

Yep whilst he was saying he had been stabbed and he couldn’t breath.

The scenario Henry stabbed and told police this…..arrested
Digwa claimed he had been racially abused….believed.

The murder weapon was not the ceremonial kirpan but a 21” blade, he did have a small kirpan on him but used the larger knife.
Where is the Statement from Starmer? 15 days to take knee for George Floyd, no statement at all for Novak. What an absolute scummy PM we have

If Nowak had been black, the people not making a fuss now, would be screaming blue murder.

If you have white children and still don't realise what their life is going to be like as demographics continue to change.

I just don't know what else can be said.

Even after the evil that was done....the judge still didn't give this guy the maximum term the prosecutors asked for.

You know that if the roles had been reversed he would have.

The judge said that this murderer had previously been of good character???

Yet, the Sikh community....who I have no issues with as they are usually good people....... 'had told the BBC that Digwa had previously been "barred" from a Southampton gurdwara [Sikh temple] because of worries about his behaviour and actions.'

To me, this is a somewhat woke judge looking for any excuse to lower the sentence.

Basic questions that need answers
1) Why was the victim not believed but the perpetrator was?
2) Why were witnesses not believed?
3) Why, when he said he had been stabbed and couldn’t breath, did the police not immediately administer first aid, rather than handcuff him?
Those Officers showed a complete dereliction of duty, there was no threat to them, there was no confrontation taking place at the time. Their duty should have been to separately interview both parties, at which time it should have been obvious an ambulance was needed.
I look forward to seeing the webcam footage and let’s see how defensible their actions are
Read the Judge. He summarises the sequence of events concisely and completely logically.

As soon as the police officers realised what they were actually dealing with and not what they had been led to believe was happening they responded appropriately. Just a minute later. As is their duty. I have no doubt they separated both parties. Was the murderer also handcuffed? Perhaps not because it was him who was making accusations.

This determination to find someone to blame, other than the murderer, disgusts me.

This was a tragedy made worse by deliberate obscuration.

How typical.

The judge explains the circumstances. They don’t fit the narrative that the right wants so now the judge must be “woke”.

The judge made no excuses for the murderer. He would be unlikely to be aware of the community concerns but even if he was his remark about good character would have been solely based on him not having a criminal record. Not on unproven concerns.

You lot are unbelievable! You are so biased yet are totally blind to it.

They could have taken to time to check the situation when the victim told them he'd been stabbed.

What I would like to know is why this awful event is being debated in this thread?

Neither of the two parties involved were immigrants. Both were British citizens from birth.

So why here?

Because one has a brown skin and is a Sikh?

It’s extremely revealing, whilst completely unsurprising.

You just cannot see your prejudice!

Of good character before he stabbed someone to death.

Was he coherent? They might have thought he was drunk or drugged.

It only took a minute before they realised their mistake and corrected it. Which isn’t very long given all that would have been happening in a confusing situation.

It’s very easy for us to think we would have noticed, but experience shows that isn’t the case in the real world.

Maybe he stabbed himself to frame an innocent bystander.

Many many many such cases....the majority in fact.

IQ levels don't even matter once the numbers get high enough.

You let these people in and your future is declined.
