Not the detail, but the fact that stopping the free movement of people from the EU would not stop the need for additional people. Who would then come from outside the EU. We will never agree on this. MPs like May couldn’t bring themselves to listen to the plebs and made no attempt to implement Brexit. What was her husband involved in? Mmm. It was possible if Parliament had listened to the plebs rather than thinking about their own interests

almost since pre-history, immigration has been a thing. People looking for opportunities to earn and to better themselves. America was built upon the teeming masses arriving at Ellis Island.

For the umpteenth time everyone wants to stop the illegal migration. The question is not if, but how. Arrivals by small boat constitute only around 5% of total immigration.

Most immigrants arrive either with work visas, so play a role in our economy and pay their taxes. Or as students, paying high fees to our Universities. Or as family members, reuniting loved ones.

Absolute nonsense. Please supply evidence to support the numbers in the “ anticipated return” category. There was never an accounting them in/out in place. None were asked on arrival/ departure what their intentions were, so how is there evidence. Many are now leaving because of the cost of living and crime.
As I have previously said, if they were living and working here and just registered ( as was always the case) they would have no problems in remaining
