I'd hate to be a Tottenham fan

Out of all the ‘big’ London clubs I dislike them the least. I think they’ve had some players I’ve really liked over the years back in the day I loved big Martin Chivers when I was a kid, Pat Jennings was a great keeper, Glen Hoddle is one of my all time favourite footballers, he was a genius with his passing and some of the goals he scored. Obviously Peter Taylor went there, which hurt at the time, but I still liked watching him. Also Gazza is one of my all time non-palace favourites

Not so much these days I must admit, but I think when I was a kid I just loved all football and I appreciated good players on other teams

Also their new gaff is the best of ground I've ever been too

Re your last line. Certainly agree - amazing ground - must be best in country - by a country mile!

At least they get to see Maddison doing a fish out of water impression every week like he did in the first half today!!

He’s up there with Pickford on my hate list of opposition players. Decent player at times, but what a t*** he can be, whinging at the ref every 5 minutes. Sitting behind the goal at the Whitehorse, I get the impression even their keeper doesn’t like him

I don’t get why people dislike spurs.
Working class club, loud fans , blinding stadium (they never had to leave the area for it) , standing in the ground, always been an attacking team (not sure if I’d want Ange at Palace, but he’s great to watch)

You’d hate to be a spurs fan? They had arguably Englands best striker at the peak of his career/Gareth Bale/Modric etc Bet they hate playing in Europe most seasons , bet that champions league campaign a few years ago when they got to the final was really boring. Zzzzz

I find it hard to particularly care about them. They're just not that good. In fairness to them Spursy is in the Oxford English Dictionary now, so they have contributed something of note to society.
Leave them as rivals to Arsenal and Chelsea .

Daniel Levy. Nothing else to be said. He has always been a financial bully when dealing with clubs like us but the worm is turning. Let’s not forget that business near WHL that mysteriously burnt down

Selhurst is fight club. Almost the worst stadium in the top two tiers of English football. A smelly underground basement with cardboard on the floor.....compared to Tottenhams Palatial dwelling. Tottenham never had to deal with our bankruptsies and broken dreams. No dogsh1.t at the away dressing rooms.

why bother supporting Tottenham , when it is the same every season.

and i have only even remembered about Gary Linekar.
And the first rule of Fight Club is .

Really don't get this. Most of the reasons given here are the exact same I often get from people when I tell them I'm Palace

"Crystal Palace?! 😆 They never win anything!"

Palace play spurs in one of the final games of this season.

An opportunity to send Tottingham spinning into the Championship ? Unfortunately, I think they are safe. A fair few of their fans are vocal scum
