How far can we go?

Without that deep insight and experience, when it comes to games in the Premiere League, I just can say that I hope for the team to get improved by transfers, as soon as it gets possible, but more important, for me: do everything to keep the WHOLE squad, like it is right now, together, at least. There is a chance for something very, very impressive and big to grow. I watch(ed) OG in every station. When he was still a player, as well as a coach. He has is allures, sometimes. But they are never withput a reason.

OG is the type of coach, that has to have certaintity and a reasonable dose of "freedom". As long he is happy, one can see, what he is able to do. By viewing Crystal Palace I can see, that he is qzite happy right now. That is the status that has to be maintained besides the other points that I've mentioned above.

I think we'll lose next week, we dont have a great record against the toffee's.....

But, if we win and carry on winning, wouldn't it be amazing for football if we get our hands on one of those gold PL's....

I cant see it but with a bit of hope , a bit of luck and Ollie at the wheel, you never know (no not that one)!
 
Keeping Sarr fit is key in my opinion. We still have a relatively small squad.
We need one or more of the new signings to come good. Pino is showing good signs and hopefully will become more clinical in front of goal as he settles and if so that might be enough.
And Nketiah to continue his recent form (end of last season and yesterday). He was an expensive signing and we need him to pull his weight in terms of goals, 8-10 goals at least would be a vaulable contribution.
The defensive aspect is basically near on perfect with a great goalkeeper and three highly dependable centre backs. Mitchell is improving his attacking contribution.
Currently if we can score a few more goals we could make Top 6, but its still early days. This (Sea) Eagle living in enemy territory down in Brighton is keeping both feet on the ground but its great having this conversation.
As always staying in the Premiership is the first priority (who wants to be playing the likes of Milwall and Charlton?) hopefully this season we will reach 35 points alot sooner than before.

Key factors are avoiding injuries (particularly Mateta though Sarr and Munoz also spring to mind) and whether Guehi leaves and is replaced in January,

Glasner signing a contract in itself would be amazing, add to that a long run in Europe and qualifying again for next year and I’ll be very happy indeed. Anything more than that would be an amazing bonus. We’ve been living the dream for six months, long may it continue.
