His point was this was a different competition and it was not clear that the ban being served by the ineligible player applied. Context was they were down to bare bones in terms of available players. So they then checked with the officials who agreed at the time no issue. He seemed non-plussed until he mentioned "their dirty stinking portal" and then "the handbook". After that the red mist came down.He did sound unproportionally angry, strange, but then he’s a strange but funny bloke sometimes.
We’ve got tickets for Gillingham v Swindon coming up and apparently we’re sitting right behind the away dugout, so even if the games crap, at least he should be quite entertaining
