Holloway meltdown

Wow who would have thought he would go totally ofF the reservation , funny but WOW
He has a point, to be fair.

I love the way in the last 2 seconds he cheerfully drops in "...anyway, back to the football..." 😂

Not sure if it's the same interview but he accuses the FA of being unprofessional err Swindon fielding an illegible player how is that professional.

Holloway is good entertainment but he is wrong.

His point was this was a different competition and it was not clear that the ban being served by the ineligible player applied. Context was they were down to bare bones in terms of available players. So they then checked with the officials who agreed at the time no issue. The same official body who later confirmed it would be their own fault if that happened.

So what he is saying makes sense to me, just not how it was expressed.

He did sound unproportionally angry, strange, but then he’s a strange but funny bloke sometimes.
We’ve got tickets for Gillingham v Swindon coming up and apparently we’re sitting right behind the away dugout, so even if the games crap, at least he should be quite entertaining

He seemed non-plussed until he mentioned "their dirty stinking portal" and then "the handbook". After that the red mist came down.

Maybe we underestimate how much a £20k or £40k fine is for League Two clubs. In any event he seems to have been hacked off by the bureaucrats in the FA and the EFL.
