Snaresbrook court? It's a surprise they even bothered showing up.Ricky Jones not guilty.

Oh dear. Expect Nigel Farage to go fully nuclear on this - and rightly so.Ricky Jones not guilty.

It would be interesting to know the make up of the jury.Oh dear. Expect Nigel Farage to go fully nuclear on this - and rightly so.
I reckon that's why he pleaded not guilty as he knew he had a chance with a selection of the public. Meanwhile poor Lucy Connelly languishes in prison for a lesser statement. Obviously her suggestion of death to a certain section of the community was considered racist (which, as we know is the biggest crime of all). This could get really interesting, really, really interesting. It would be interesting to know the make up of the jury.
I did jury service there 30 years ago and apart from anything else it's safe to say there won't have been any Mastermind contestants involved. Maybe they worked out how to avoid jury service. It would be interesting to know the make up of the jury.
I can't remember where I read it - probably on a legal website - but it explained the reasoning behind why she pleaded guilty and why the sentence was what it was. It was reduced from 42 months to 31 months but she lost a subsequent appeal. She would have got longer if she had gone to trial and lost. So, what can we ascertain from this (aside from the two tier justice that we all feel about this)?Lucy Connolly pled guilty - big mistake! That's the difference as a jury would have let her off.
Who cares he can't even keep his bank account at 440 Strand. Labour have watched theTories and their fiddles and this confirms it.Oh dear. Expect Nigel Farage to go fully nuclear on this - and rightly so.

That was not a complicated post, what have you failed to understand?
There was always a rumour. That the Courts go easier on you, after you plead guilty.
Only a rumour , mind.
