Glasner Out

Should have gone in October, i believe someone mentioned it. 😊
I just don’t get how he’s still there. Every game he’s still in charge we’re throwing any chance of points down the pan. How can you be motivated as a player when the going gets tough in a difficult backs to the wall game when your boss openly wants to leave. And he won’t have sorted out defending at set pieces or shots on target.

Parish caught between a rock and a hard place of his own making, damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario. Glasner lost the plot, but who can come in now and change it around? I guess Parish is hoping we can limp over the line, but its total disarray and entirely of our own making.

Most definitely. Winning the FA cup and entry into Europe opened up a window of opportunity that he didn't take, only he can come out and say why not, but the opportunity was there, and as Glasner said himself first time round, that was the time to invest not save. Parish is now paying the price for his earlier scrimping and saving in a disillusioned manager and players wanting out and now he has to throw money at it to try and fix it - ah the irony.

OG would have gone even if what you wanted actually happened. He’s a 16 month wonder at the 2 clubs he’s been at.

Well as it stands we’re only five points above the drop zone. If not now when?

Glasner quit in October, completely cocked up the conference, monotonous boring same tactics, if he is still manager at the end of the season, we will be in the bottom 3, for sure, the only mistake Parish has made is not sacking that overrated arrogant buffoon.

We just need someone until the end of the season who wants to win, and who can organise a back FOUR, Paddy with Powell will do, we have the players not the leader.

Glasner did an amazing job in winning the FA Cup and Charity Shield, but as soon as he said he wouldn't sign a new contract we should have started looking for a replacement. He is a good motivator and his system worked for a while, but other managers have worked out how to play against us and play to our weaknesses. Top managers are flexible and change the system to get the best out of the players that he has available. Glasner is a one trick pony, but the trick has been found out. Losing Eze made a difference, of course, but he would disappear in matches by playing too deep. The injury to Munoz and Sarr going to the AFCON have been the major factors in our lack of goals, but Glasner's whinging and moaning has destroyed the confidence of the players. If we lose at Forest, which I'm sure we will, Parish should what he should have done weeks ago and sacked him.

Team toady had no idea how to play against a defensive set set up… again.

I couldn’t even work out what the tactic was to try and create.

Yet again a team worked OG out. Sit deep, give us the ball, play in behind the wing backs and overwhelm the two in midfield. Yet again OG wasn’t ready for it. Conceded from a set piece again. Team were also lacking energy and leadership for the umpteenth game in a row. We were lucky Williams had a brain fade and even then Forest were a tad unfortunate not to win it.

Pretty clear OG has lost the ability to motivate the team and is now tactically out of his depth. Sadly a point today probably buys him more time when it’s clear he’s got to go
