No subs? NO SUBS!? Thanks for everything Glasner but its painfully obvious you've lost the dressing room, and judging by todays game, evidently the will to even try as well. A new manager ASAP, and at the very least three good signings this window or we might well be in trouble this season, a season that started so well.

Compare and contrast OG to Guehi.

Guehi didn’t get what he wanted in the summer. No leaks from him. No media stories where he was quoted. No telling the media he was leaving. Just professional performances, effort and quality.

OG publicly complains about the summer window, then doesn’t. Talks about contact discussions but then says he’d already told Parish he was leaving. Finally tells the press he’s off the day before an important league game.

I know who enhanced his reputation and who didn’t.
 
The lack of commitment will get us relegated back to the Championship.

Shambles.

No self respecting club should get treated like this.

The players have to be prepared to spill blood for that badge.....instead they want to bugger off.
 
The best we could do legally now is put him on Gardening leave to serve out remaining contract and promote a subordinate like Paddy Mac as a caretaker for remaining games. Sacking him, as he has already announced he intends to fully serve out his remaining contract would no doubt be viewed as vexatious.

The only cause to dismiss him would be some form of gross misconduct - one incident or a pattern of behaviour contrary to his terms unless there is a performance loophole. So, we had better suck it up and get behind OG or the next few months could be the most calamitous in living memory.

After the bizarre selection against KuPs, I could see that proving his point to the board was something he had no qualms about and unfortunately too many more examples like that would just be so many nails in the coffin.
 
For me he has to go now. To not even try to change that game is indefensible. We know he doesn't rate his bench, but at least try something. Yet again we could all see once we went behind we were never getting back in it!
Put him on garden leave so as not to have to pay him the remainder of his contract up front and that way he can’t go elsewhere until the summer.
