Favourite takeaway (and dish)?

Fat boy had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had from a little takeaway place in Palmanova Majorca dinner time today, that’s after having another one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in a place called Dakota’s in alcudia Majorca last year.
Fatso might have to move here 😁

So, I guess we're all out of Indian food, unless it's from the chilled section of the supermarket. 🙁

I have fond memories of trips to Brick Lane and Southall, having to take a carrier bag of booze in to any of the Indian restaurants, because they don't sell alcohol. 😎 👍

FH , try online 'the curry kid'
a lot of very straight forward recipes / ingredients.
They sell a standard base sauce or ready made
 
Only recently in a local Public House which serves culinary delights I was offered a sample of a sauce which put muscles on my breath.
It was 'Spicy Rye's', very hot, Black Edition sauce. On the label was 'Extremely Hot' ! I fully intend to order a bottle or two, it was delightful.

Many years ago, Depa Indiana on Derby Road (just opposite West Croydon train station) did a promotion where if you could eat their hottest curry, your table would eat free (up to four people, excluding drinks).

I polished that off in no time. We went back a couple of weeks later, and they obviously threw every chilli they had into my curry - I wiped the bowl clean with my garlic naan.

They banned me from the promotion after that.
