FA Cup Semi Final Tickets

OK, i just logged into the ticket section on the app and i can see that tickets can be downloaded to apple wallet through there....

This would solve my issue, HOWEVER... i got myself a ticket originally, then i got my mate and his son one in phase 4. I can only see my mate & his sons ticket so now i am really panicking.

Do you mean Crystal Palace App?
I can't see my semi-final tickets there... Only an expired Stockport & Millwall cards... :/
What a mess...
 
Just got mine, but when added to Apple Wallet it says I'm in Block A - Wheelchair ?? I should be in Block 552 so no idea what is going on.

Is that on the Palace app (or Ticketmaster)? Nothing showing for me yet

We’re all in 552 as well and have the same problem. I emailed the box office about this but won’t hold my breath for a reply. The PDF version that you can print does have the correct information-at least mine does.
 
I'd be worried if some had them and some didn't. The fact none of us have them just means they haven't sent them out yet. I imagine by lunchtime tomorrow everyone will have them. Either that or CPFC have one huge problem on their hands!

Box office emailed me back which I wasn't expecting so soon. It is a problem that they are aware of and are sending updates out. Basilcally a manual update of the ticket might need to be performed on your phone. Mine hasn't refreshed yet.

I think you can also print the e mail off with the bar code on like you could at Selhurst up till this season.

Still waiting for my ticket mind😡
