Brought 1 in the first ST phase that I have received and only received 1/2 that I booked on today's waiting list release both tickets received are for block 131 lower wembley. Ticket not yet received is for upper 533. Hopefully come by tomorrow

Box office emailed me back which I wasn't expecting so soon. It is a problem that they are aware of and are sending updates out. Basilcally a manual update of the ticket might need to be performed on your phone. Mine hasn't refreshed yet.

Does anyone know if you can get in stadium via a different zone? Box office messed our tickets up. Me and my 2 boys are going. One ticket is in block 132 and the other 2 are block 133. Hoping it wouldn't be too much of an issue and could potentially swap seats with someone at the game. However one ticket is zone yellow and the other is red zone 🤦🏻‍♂️.

The blocks are on the same level and next to each other. Go in the respective entrances and meet up on the concourse as once inside, there is no problem walking from one end of the Palace's section to the other.
