Saturday would be a joke.

From memory they can issue paper tickets to collect at Wembley.
 
Tens of thousands of people getting rather anxious because of bloody Ticketmaster.

No doubt Palace's phones are red hot with calls and their email inbox bursting from worried supporters asking where their tickets are.

Normally, when you buy a ticket the e-ticket hits your email box within seconds of completing the transaction. Cutting it this close is crazy!

I think Palace BO have responsibility for sending out tickets. This is a farce and someone should be held responsible. Leaves no time to clear up any issues, disgraceful

For away games where the tickets are digital, "they" - I don't know if it is the box office or Ticketmaster - normally send the tickets out two or three days before the game eg for the Newcastle game which was on 16th April I received my ticket on 14th April so, based on that, I think it's very likely we will get our semi-final tickets today.

I know it seems to be cutting it very fine and it doesn't leave much time to sort things out if something does go wrong but, for whatever reason, that's the way they do it.

I assumed as Ticketmaster handled the ticket sales they were the ones responsible for sending them out.

And you are so right, any problems that might be needed to be sorted out would be an absolute nightmare!

Certainly not a good way of doing things.

I think when I paid for my tickets the blurb said something like the tickets would be sent out in the week before the game. Maybe if the blurb stated they would be sent out 48 hours before the game, much anxiety by loads of people would be avoided!

First and probably only post on here . NUFC season ticket holder who got balloted out of Carabou Cup and had to buy Wembley Corporate ( 3 seats)and have to buy for 3 years- havent told wife ! These seats include semi FA Cup, FA Cup final, Charity Shield- average of £560 per game - each seat gets programme and £30 drink/food. Seats level with trophy presentation about 30yards to( right when viewed from pitch).Looking for £1000.00 for all 3. If Forest don't get to final - business partner a Forest fan - and Palace do would be happy to sell to same people. Obviously a lot of scammers about but if someone genuinely interested PM me and would set up a call / zoom meeting so know genuine etc. Finally good luck to Palace -best day of my life in Carabou and hopefully nice to see another non Top 6 team to win.
