Going to Trafalgar Square for the meet up is not recommended by both the club and the Met due to the Palestinian March taking place.
Covent Garden has been offered again as an alternative venue.
This would be much safer for all concerned, especially those with children.
FAB and CPISA, both recommend that supporters change their plans and now congregate in Covent Garden prior to kick off.
I'm going to answer logically and state that any protest where counter protesters are likely to turn up is likely to not be an ideal environment for kids. Why would a Palestinian March not be safe? Especially for children?
🤔
Likelihood of being kettled. Not dangerous per se but not ideal for children on a hot day. Also perhaps they’re predicting tensions between marchers and Palace supportersWhy would a Palestinian March not be safe? Especially for children?
