FA cup final commerative ticket

Received my souvenir ticket last Saturday.
It came in the form of a plastic season ticket style card.
And for some reason they enclosed a free lanyard.

Surely must come under distance selling regs and is not as advertised

I received mine today, awful.

Can't believe how bad it is, it's even worse than the pictures I've seen.

Have emailed the box office to complain, will share the response when I hear back.

By the look of it this "ticket" it appears to have been dreamed up by someone with a view to exploiting fans's excitement at being in the cup final and making a few extra quid, but with the minimum amount of thought put into making it something worthwhile. To add insult to injury, after getting our money for this souvenir, they couldn't be bothered to give any urgency to sending them out.

If this had actually been our ticket for the game and arrived before the game complete with a pic of the cup and a qr code for entrance then it would've been a nice touch.

But now after receiving one with a lanyard (wtf!!) it is just a big disappointment.

Still waiting for mine. I have gone from not bothered to thinking I will complain when (if) received. We have been ripped off by someone cashing in on our joy at cup final win. Surely, an actual replica ticket is not too much to ask for?

a lot of us, me included, ordered one when we booked our ticket for the game.

Imagine receiving this having lost the final!!

Added my complaint to the Box Office. Had to buy for the whole group or no one - embarrassed to show the others what they’ve paid £6 for. Surely an actual ticket would have cost them less?

I got an actual ticket printed with my details on it which has gone in a frame which did actually cost me just short of £6, but it’s so much better than the bit of plastic we’ve been waiting months for

From eBay, you just give them all your seat details and name, then I brought an acrylic frame to put it in from eBay as well. The acrylic frames are effective because there’s no border or edge so it looks good

Agreed. There's a big Palace fan in Thailand (Son) who does all these things, a replica cup as well.
