Does he have a website?Agreed. There's a big Palace fan in Thailand (Son) who does all these things, a replica cup as well.

I think everyone feels that way. Read the rest of the thread.I might be in the minority here - but honestly I was a little underwhelmed with the “commemorative ticket” ….its a little plastic card and lanyard. Like a b tec Tesco club card.

This must mean they’ve had a lot of complaints, good!!They have said they will get back to everyone who bought a commemorative ticket by email once they've discussed with Ticketmaster...
"I am sorry to see you are disappointed with the memorabilia ticket, unfortunately I am unable to process a refund on this.
We are in discussions with Ticketmaster relating to the memorabilia ticket, once the talks are complete we will contact all supporters that purchased this by email."

More likely say the plastic is from an environmentally friendly source and you saved a 🌲 and a 🦀 😂This must mean they’ve had a lot of complaints, good!!

It’s 6 quid 🤔I've had a message from the CP box office saying to return it to them for a refund.
Originally emailed them asking for a refund under distance selling laws (14 days cooling off period once item received) as item was not as described.

I doubt it, but we live and learnNot a case of getting £6 refunded - it's about Ticketmaster and their dealings.
The same Ticketmaster that controls CP ticket sales that Gold / Normal members struggle to purchase when go on sale but mysteriously appear on resale sites at vastly inflated prices minutes after going on sale (ie, you can get four together for the Liverpool game for about £200 each if you want)
Ticketmaster (owned by Live Nation Entertainment) Head office in LA posted revenues in 2024 of $23.16 Billion - Presently lots of various law suits against them for various ticket sales issues.
Re memorabilia ticket - great business model - sell high quantities of a relatively low priced item that you can make a decent margin on which no-one will bother to return as the cost to the purchaser is low.
Theoretical numbers for FA cup memorabilia ticket:
CPFC & MCFC purchases 60,000 x £6 = £360,000
Cost to produce 60,000 @ 30p each = £18,000
Postage 60,000 @ 55p each = £33,000
Total production cost £51,000
Margin £309,000
I expect the reason for the delay in delivery would be they were bundled into an order with Oasis memorabilia stuff et al (further reducing production costs) and shipped from China.
Lots of complaints online about Ticketmaster memorabilia tickets - not just for FA cup but many other events - If everyone could be bothered to return the items then maybe it hits them where it hurts and they stop ripping people off with this rubbish.
