It is really disappointing, looked back on the website and it states...

However, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add a memorabilia ticket for each ticket in your basket for £5.95.

This will feature a unique design to remember your visit to Wembley for the Cup Final, and will include your name and seat information on the back of the ticket. This is not a real ticket, and will be sent after the game.

Very vague but my assumption was that it would be a paper souvenir ticket

Agree with you, i was expecting a paper ticket much like all the paper tickets i have from wembley trips from the early 90's until they phased out.

Mine turned up today, disappointed is an understatement! It's terrible. The lanyard material is black and looks like its the cheapest you could find. Even my missus said it was s*** and that she was disappointed for me!!!! Terrible!!!

I'm going to email my complaint to info@cpfc.co.uk
 
I received mine yesterday and I am underwhelmed

I’ve just looked into my apple wallet and my cup final ticket has disappeared and it’s not among the expired whilst so many other passes/tickets are?

I had taken a screenshot but was hoping it would remain there for some time

If you still have the email with your ticket there is a PDF version on it which you could print if you wanted a physical reminder
 
Like everyone else, totally pssd off with the rubbish plastic card. It comes with a lanyard that doesn't even fit through the hole.

Has anyone had any success complaining?

Who do you complain to ?

I know it's only £5.75 , but I'd rather given it to a charity than donated it to the ticketmaster corporation
 
I’m putting a display frame together with a ‘winner 25’ shirt, my programme from the day and a service on eBay can do a reproduction’ticket’ all I have to do is provide them the details of my seat, entrance etc and they will send me a perfect copy for a fiver. My actual ticket was an email and QR code.

I’ve ordered one of those reproduction tickets as well, I’ve got a Perspex frame to put it in when it comes

Just like the old days, an actual ticket
 
I just heard back from the box office who have replied to my complaint about the commemorative ticket.

They have said they are currently in discussions with Ticketmaster regarding this, and contact all supporters who purchased a ticket by email.

I hope they will either refund or supply a new ticket that is actually as billed - A commemorative ticket - not a weird tacky lanyard.
