FA cup final commerative ticket

CPISA asked the club a question regarding the FA Cup memorabilia tickets-A lot of people paid extra for these commemorative tickets at the time of the FA Cup on 17th May. It is now 9th July and these have not been distributed yet? Is there a reason for the delay? Also some conflicting emails have been sent out from the box office to supporters trying to explain the delay.

Paul McGowan Head of Ticketing kindly picked this question up and answered it yesterday. The memorabilia is in the final stages of production and will be posted out next week.

We never gave any timelines of when the tickets would be sent out, but I do know the extra 3 weeks of sales after the final meant we missed our original space in the production line.

The whole process is being run by Ticketmaster other than us selling it, so we don’t have any say in who they use for production or delivery, but as mentioned it should be with everyone next week.

is the next production line for commemorative FA Cup Final tickets June 2026?
 
Mine arrived today and its terrible. Was expecting an actual ticket but instead its some rubbish piece of plastic the size of a bankcard that just has details printed on. Likely will complain and ask for a refund. Anyone else had the same? Not the worst news about palace today mind.....

Mine was the same. Someone had warned us that they would be like this. Don't quite see the point of a lanyard with it!!

also, a tad hypocritical of palace to promote the sale of these when they are hellbent on stopping everyone from having plastic cards!!
 
Has anyone that took the option & purchased a memorable cup final ticket had delivery yet? Its been ages & waiting to frame it up with other bits, the ticket office keep saying yeh theyre coming but feel like its been pushing me about for ages now! They said its from Ticketmaster then they said they will be printed & released soon 4 weeks ago!

Anyone had theirs yet?
 
I haven’t got mine yet, but you can’t all be wrong, so I’m expecting rubbish now.
You live and learn, when we win the carabao cup this season, I won’t be bothering again 😁

What a disappointment, a bit of plastic. I was expecting a paper ticket like the last final - what a rip-off, at least the additional tickets I got from a friend that runs a youth football club and got two in the palace end (with no takers in their part of the country) were paper, they are much more commemorative than the rubbish these are.

I’ve ordered one, thanks for the tip off, it’ll be going in a nice perspecs frame along with my printed off and enlarged digital ticket
I haven’t got it yet, but by the sounds of it from what everyone’s saying, my commerative one will be going in the junk drawer in the kitchen 🤣
 
Yes just received mine this morning…..as everyone who’s already received theirs has previously said…..WTF IS THAT!!!!!!

I’m sure at point of purchase it said it was a ‘commemorative PAPER ticket’???? (I might be wrong?)

Absolute joke🤬!
