Have you or anyone else heard back from the box office or even got a refund? I would like that £6 back to go towards the newly announced commerorative watch priced at only £199 (not). I wonder whether Tickemaster are supplying these as well. So be warned the watch might come without the hands! 😒
 
After waiting well over 3 months and receiving nothing, I requested a refund from the box office this morning. They have replied this afternoon to say that the refund is being processed and that they are "sorry that I could not attend the FA Cup Final memorabilia ticket".

It doesn't fill me with confidence.
 
I just got an e-mail from box office that they are „sorry” for 2 months delay but all tickets were send out and there will be no repronts. They initiated refund process
 
I got this reply from the box office on Friday:

Good afternoon..

Thank you for your email, I hope you're well.

Ticketmaster have confirmed that duplicate tickets will be posted later this month. I sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your continued patience.

Unfortunately, as we are not handling the dispatch directly, I’m unable to provide an exact delivery timeframe.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch

Got mine which is utter tosh. The original PDF version printed in colour is far better.

I heard the club complained to ticketmaster to create new ones which were worth having?
