They have said they will get back to everyone who bought a commemorative ticket by email once they've discussed with Ticketmaster...


"I am sorry to see you are disappointed with the memorabilia ticket, unfortunately I am unable to process a refund on this.

We are in discussions with Ticketmaster relating to the memorabilia ticket, once the talks are complete we will contact all supporters that purchased this by email."

Have you or anyone else heard back from the box office or even got a refund? I would like that £6 back to go towards the newly announced commerorative watch priced at only £199 (not). I wonder whether Tickemaster are supplying these as well. So be warned the watch might come without the hands! 😒

After waiting well over 3 months and receiving nothing, I requested a refund from the box office this morning. They have replied this afternoon to say that the refund is being processed and that they are "sorry that I could not attend the FA Cup Final memorabilia ticket".

It doesn't fill me with confidence.

I just got an e-mail from box office that they are „sorry” for 2 months delay but all tickets were send out and there will be no repronts. They initiated refund process
