I did all of them in the conference league and went yesterday.
For me the French ones have been the worst 2, rude f*ckers, sh*t beer, lost both games , just generally rubbish.
The forced tram/bus to get to the ground yesterday killed it for me. Was soo f*cked off when I got in the ground.
Queued up half hour for 6 pints of p*ss beer.
We spoke to the police at half time, said we’d leave early.
We were told that we leave at half time or stay to the end, get locked in for an hour , then do the bus/tram/cab back.
So we went at halftime.
The Poland trips were great, Dublin was decent, Germany good.
France can f*ck right off. Won’t be going back.

Just posted this in the other thread re. This polish trip and seen this thread now sooo. (Copy and paste)

'For anyone heading over to Białystok for the Palace game, you're in for a good trip. I've got family in the region and know it pretty well. It's a lovely city in a beautiful part of Poland. Great piwo(beer), really good food, friendly people and incredibly clean. It's a part of the country that often gets overlooked, which is a shame.

Just make sure you pack something warm, as it can get pretty brisk over there, especially in the evenings!

Enjoy it, it's a cracking place. 🇵🇱'

Cheers mate. Looking forward to that one.

A little bit of local knowledge goes a long way - nice one

Useful thread…and looks like I dodged at bullet by not going to Lyon. Istanbul is a favourite city of mine, thinking of a 2/3 trip there and take in the match.

Thanks everyone, we’ve pulled together the issues that have been reported to us and on X, BBS and Facebook supporter sites. We’ll let you know what happens, please bear with us as CPISA are raising via FSE as we hope this will carry more weight. From what’s been said so far, other than personal views on club bigwigs at the game, the issues are generally Lyon/ French police issues not our own club/staff. You can let us know if you feel there is something that isn’t already readily out there that we should include either here or info@cpisa.co.uk over the next 24 hours and we can amend report before we send it off. We’ll also send a copy of our info to the club but imagine they are already well aware of things with staff having been on the ground over there and will likely look at things via their own routes.
