Donetsk Away on Sale

Yeah agree, I think it will go to 8/7000 points. Still think its wrong they don't do something like points plus + 1 Euro away game etc.
Like..
1/ Over 11000 points plus 1 Away Euro.
2/ Over 9000 points plus 1 Away Euro.
3/ Over 7000 points plus 1 Away Euro.
4/ 11-10000 points without previous Away Euro.
5/ ST Holders plus Members any points.

Seems grossly unfair that those that haven't travelled at all and racked up points should get preferences.
For some of us oldies Parish can stick his points where the sun dont shine . Ive watched Palace in over 80 different grounds and only missed a handful of home games between 1970 -2013 (much of that was in the lower divisions ) .My blood is red n blue but can now only get to a few games a season .

Ive got 0 points ,wouldn't even know how to get one but here's the thing .....See you Krakow, COYP!

I found myself agreeing with you but then realised my euros away have been in the home end! Season ticket holder with 8000 points plus have been to all euro home games and still no real sniff of an away ticket. Not sure you can please everyone.

Do you mean the tickets that Shaktar are selling direct from their website?

If so I believe the whole stand is open to Palace and local Polish fans/neutrals. The stand opposite to Shaktar fans. We got three in E23. Many purchased in E25/E26 to be be nearer the official allocation, although I'm not 100% sure which 'end' the official 2,000 have been designated?

Hi thanks for that been trying to buy in blocks E but doesn't show any avilable

Palace have been allocated G4/5. G2 is now open on the Shakhtar web site anyone booking in this area?

Away tickets sold out. Waiting list active. Missed out, was one tier off!

I'll likely have a spare for the home end in the F corner.

Palace G/E/F takeover

Tickets on the official Shaktar website were not difficult to book... Also bot prohibited to book there as away fan (checked their T&C). Would be nice if more Palace Fans would be in Blocks F22-24, G1-2.
Hoping for a good game from the lads!

Palace Fans from Austria!

Lots of Palace fans booking in G1 and G2 right now. Wherever you're sat in the ground they'll be lots of Palace around you. 5000 is the estimate!

I have two VIP tickets for sale (including match catering) for the Shakhtar - Crystal Palace match in Krakow.

Just got got an email from the box office that there are additional tickets been made available.

DO NOT BUY THEM!!! .....if you've already bought tickets elsewhere in the stadium.
Palace Box Office have just sent out an email explaining the BS about anyone already buying a ticket cannot buy another in the Away/Palace section. Worst still, they aren't refunding! 🤬🤬🤬

I've just had my away ticket cancelled as I bought a home ticket with the same passport details.

Palace have tried to sort it out but Shakhar won't budge and just cancel the home ticket. They said it'll affect 700 or so of our fans. No refund either.

A shitter but, let's bring the noise.

On the basis we only had 2k tickets … assume plenty of room in the away end if 700 impacted!

Call me old fashioned but did Shaktar know exactly what they were doing? Did they release 'additional' tickets safe in the knowledge that many Palace fans had bought in the neutral sections and might instead but into the away section? And then when they did (as I have, and many others), 'suddenly' announce a ruling that they didn't advice us of until after purchase......and then refuse to refund?

Hmm?

I am no expert but there is an EU directive on unfair contract terms that should apply as the match is being played in a stadium in the EU. The fact that both clubs are not in the EU may be irrelevant, the ‘home’ ground is responsible for segregation and ticketing structures. Failing that, if you used a credit card to make payment, the credit card company is jointly liable and if money cannot be extracted from the seller, the CC company has an obligation to help and/or refund. That may be b0ll0cks but it was the case when I was working in finance…

I deleted my Shakhtar ticketing account last night after previously buying in the home end and had an away end ticket issued to me today on the same passport number.
