I wholeheartedly concur.I've seen us play much better than that and lose.
Another distinctly underwhelming performance but a very important three points.
My hope is that while there is still work to be done, there is enough of a gap between Palace and West Ham that the players can start to look less anxious.
Yesterday was a challenge when you consider that was a ' scratch ' back three. Riad in particular didn't look comfortable. A better team than Wolves would have taken advantage of that. The failure to land an experienced central defender, if only on loan, was - in my opinion - an issue before Lacroix got injured. And now even more so.
Certainly privately, and perhaps on HOL, I was expressing the opinion that it was imperative that we bolstered our defensive ranks.
