I my life, we've once won a trophy three years on the trot. And the third was the best of the lot, Invincibles. You're gonna do the same. You should have been in it this season - Easy scored the winner when you beat those financially-doped Mancs.

I was just thinking of my neighbour in Coulsdon when I was a kid. Remember the big Palace flag in his window for the 1990 Cup final. Him and my dad {Gooner} were the only two people who had season tickets to a team.

You deserve this and what you'll get next season.

But as a genuine question from someone who doesn't really follow football other than my own team. Why are you getting rid of Glasner?

If we had a manager who made history by winning us 3 trophies in 13 months when we'd never won anything before, we'd have given him a statue and got him to build a dynasty.

I hope who ever replaces him does even better by winning the EL.

Just here to congratulate palace on your european victory, 9 months ago you got kicked out of europa, i said to mates, europa, lot of top sides plus villa and forest accept conference, its european footy, great fun, you could win that tournament. Guess what palace, just watched and you did !
Don't get me wrong, (my mums a south londener who followed palace, along with other clubs my grandad took her to, won't mention them 😅. We are not getting rid of Glasner, he decided to go himself at the end of his contract. Long story short he was not backed when he needed to be after we won the FA cup and decided to move on. It’s hard because our Chairman runs things like a tight ship, so we are financially sound and you have to admire the courage to stick to your principles of how you run the club even if it means letting a manager walk away who has won 3 trophies in his 2 years.

I guess it comes down to in the Chairman we trust.

I am 86 and lived in Norbury when I sat on my dad's shoulders at Selhurst in 1948.
I have often been critical of the team but I never in my wildest dreams thought we'd win the FA Cup still less an European trophy. So pleased for the players and especially for my fellow supporters.

Onwards and upwards next season!
