I don’t want to go berserk…but this is now rather reminiscent of 90 - 91 season, following our ultimately unsuccessful run to our first cup final.
Beating Liverpool one Sunday in early January blew the title race open.
Feels a bit similar…but dare I say it…we now have a better team.
(Older fans…please don’t bite my head off. I loved that team!)

Had a look at a Liverpool site & they're surprisingly complimentary. The expected moans about their performance and the time of the winner but quite a few worried before the game and saying we deserved it afterwards. Slot was quite flattering too. Strange times.

Never easy being a Palace fan. We should have been out of sight by half time. We rode our luck in the second half and then out scoused them at the end.

I was watching a dodgy stream but I couldn't see clear evidence that Salah had touched the ball, maybe MOTD will be better. Unfortunately if it wasn't obvious then you have to give it even though there is intent.
