Indeed, mistakes always seam less bad if one of your teammates can clean up behind you.

Regardless, for 19, he's a beast. Huge huge talent.

At his age the odd mistake is surely an anticipated risk to reap the reward of him fulfilling his potential further down the line?

He's very athletic (strong/fast/mobile), has good ball control and seemingly an already competent understanding of the game. His tehcnical ability and physicality are already there. His confidence, composure, discipline and reading of the game should improve with experience.

I'm sure Hughes or anybody else won't cry about missing out on a MoTM award but it should give Canvot a boost at this stage of his career. We aren't into the last 5 games, fighting for our lives to not be relegated, so I'd suggest that we can afford the risk to keep pursuing the reward.
