The left hand side considering my palace ticket got assigned block 23 but we palace have outnumbered the Rayo fans and there are neutral zones all over so i wouldnt worry my family are all in block 101 and block 102

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation as me with the UEFA ticketing setup?
I originally purchased 1 ticket through the Palace access code/allocation process, then later bought 2 more through UEFA resale so we could sit together.
The resale tickets instantly appeared with seat numbers and resale options, but the original Palace allocation ticket still hasn’t properly appeared in the mobile ticket app and also doesn’t show within the resale section, so I currently can’t transfer or relist it.
Getting slightly nervous as I know UEFA only allow one “main” ticket per account/device and I don’t want to end up stuck with a ticket I can’t use or resell.
Has anyone else had this with the Palace allocation tickets still pending/locked?

I'm in the same boat. I just emailed the club to see what they say.
The Palace tickets haven't been released yet on the app but you wouldn't be able to resell a ticket bought through the club anyway - only the ones bought through UEFA can be resold.

"Once the supporter has received their ticket they are unable to forward on to anyone else. If a supporter can no longer attend the game, the supporter is required to send back to the lead buyer, who can put the ticket up for resale."

Just its easy to sell. Mine was sold within 5mins - tout probably snapped it up. I have received the full amount back from Uefa - in fact made £1.92 profit - probably the pound increased against the Euro🙂 f*** UEFA

How does one send it back, that bit is unclear ?

Just spoke to the Palace box office regarding the UEFA mobile ticket situation as I was starting to get a bit nervous about one of my tickets appearing “stuck”.
For anyone else in the same position, they explained that the Palace allocation tickets are only just starting to be assigned/sent out now (yesterday/today/tomorrow), whereas the neutral/resale tickets were already fully assigned immediately, which is why those ones show seat details and resale options straight away.
They’ve reassured me that the Palace allocation tickets should still become available within the UEFA mobile app and then become eligible for resale/transfer afterwards once fully assigned.
They also confirmed that when you eventually click “resell” through UEFA, those tickets effectively go back into the Palace allocation pool rather than just disappearing.
I did raise concerns that it’s getting pretty close to the final and doesn’t leave much resale time, but they said with the bank holiday weekend coming up it’s realistic a lot of this assignment activity will happen over the weekend.
So if anyone else has Palace allocation tickets still pending/not appearing properly in the app yet, apparently the advice for now is basically just sit tight and wait for UEFA to finish assigning them.

Go onto the Conf league section of the Uefa website
Select tickets
You will then see options (as per the attached)
Go to my tickets
Select resell tickets
Select the field against your individual ticket you want to sell
You will receive email from Uefa saying the ticket has gone back up for sale
You will receive another one from Uefa when sold
Refund just took a few days even tho they said it could take up to 30days
