Argh, but I thought that was only the case if I bought 2 tickets. As I’ve bought 4, I thought I could transfer 3 (only need to transfer 2). I feel I’ve messed up here as will want to share UEFA tickets & keep Palace tickets, unless my brother takes my phone … which I’d rather not do 🤣

Nope so with each transaction one ticket must stay with that account so if you only bought one you cant transfer it. if you bought 4 then you can transfer 3 but 1 remains with you. My issue is i have bought 2 on 2 different accounts so getting in is gonna be a drag
Thanks, have dropped an enquiry through their contact us. Otherwise I’ll be heading round to block 3.1 (or wherever the UEFA seats are) to get brother Dad in, then complete opposite side for me to get in.
Palace bought tickets not showing in the app yet anyway (bought phase 3) … hopefully once all tickets are in, I can transfer 2 🤞

Yeah that sounds painful but if its last resort, get them in early and gives you enough time to get around.
See I bought 4, all on same account but across 2 transactions. I have 2 in 03.1 bought from UEFA intended for me and my son. I’m hoping to transfer these to my Dad and brother as I managed to get 2 in phase 3 for block 22 which I intend to use with my boy.
Having spent 3 hours Friday night sorting flights & accomodation for Dad and brother, will be kicking myself if it’s ballache to get their tickets to them
That’ll be the plan, gates open and they’re going in 🤣🤣

So yeah if youd bought 4 in 1 transaction you'd be able to transfer 3. as its 2 transactions you can only transfer 2 tickets with 2 staying on your account
