Conference league final tickets

Sent an email to box-office as follows;

I am attempting to register my interest for Leipzig tickets. I was invited to apply as I am a Gold Member. However the website is telling me I am not eligible. I believe this is incorrect.

I’ve managed through my dad’s account. Three registrations done through him, assigned to him, me, and my uncle.

I think I was given this message in error going for the last Brighton game on my account as well actually.

I don’t think screenshots will work, though. When I went to the Euros 2024, the ticket acted more like a contactless card. The QR code wasn’t actually used, you just tapped it on their scanner like contactless payment.

Well I would chance it either way if I can’t grab any on my membership. The uefa app has some good ratings 🤣🤣

Are these Category 1 €190 tickets on the website now? I logged on a couple of days ago and could only see tickets for €490 available?

They were 3 days ago when we got them but could have sold out

I wonder when we will find out what position we get sorted into. Will it be mid day today. I can get a ticket of another season ticket holder I know but you can’t transfer it from what I can tell.

How can you do this. Each ticket is name specific.

I got two tickets after Thursday through UEFA resale for me and my daughter as we have different amounts of points and didn’t want to risk it when they announced the phases.

Does anyone know that if I am successful buying through Palace this week (as would rather be in the Palace section) whether I will still be able to buy them? (I would put the UEFA ones on their resale) but given it’s one per person max was wondering if I would be barred from getting the Palace ones or whether it would cause issues on the UEFA site.

Also presumably you don’t actually have to buy the tickets on your phone - all this locked to device thing is spinning me out, not gonna turn up at the ground with my laptop 😂

Was going to call the box office but assume the waiting times will be crazy today.

I feel your pain! I believe all transactions have to be done on your phone. It seems that if you have purchased through UEFA you may be barred from buying through Palace. Personally as you may have to wait for a lower phase, I would settle for what you have 👍

As far as I understand, the only thing linking the ticket to you is the device used to log in to the UEFA ticket portal. So if you’re not going, I reckon you could just give the login details to the person going and "transfer" it that way.

Will need to produce id in name of purchaser

Many thanks for the response. I think you’re right about settling for what we have. I’m more than happy that we have tickets regardless.

Very worried though if buying the tickets on my I-pad means I can’t transfer them to my phone. They make it so difficult. Surely loads will have bought on their computer at home.

I usually do all ticket buying through my iPad but for this, I am taking no chances and going to use my phone 😳. I am waiting to buy through Palace and have been stressing for days about having to navigate the UEFA system. I’m sure it’s relatively straightforward but I am known to panic in such circumstances 🤣

Just reading the blurb - apparently the email being sent out to the first group of ticket allocations (highest level of points) so they can buy their ticket(s) will go out sometime this week, anticipated to be middle of the week, and each group , on a group by group basis, in turn thereafter, so it seems that as individual applicants we wont see an email until its our respective turn(s) -

Would be good if anyone from the top group just lets the rest of the board know when the process has begun so we are not quite so much in the dark whilst waiting for our turn(s)

I've also been assigned 2 seats in block 101 and originally selected Palace on the original ballot.

Yeah, I got mine through earlier block 18 (next to the tunnel and behind one of the dugouts, hopefully ours)
