We talk a lot about missed chances costing us, but how much of an argument can be made for tactical changes when you're in front with 25 mins or so to go? We never see OG change the shape of the team to kill a game off and see the time run out. It's always a case of like-for-like changes and the same shape, cross your fingers and hope they don't score.
