Bring back Eze?

He's only going to be a benchwarmer at Arsenal. Should we bring him back to Selhurst?
It probably hasn't worked out as well as he hoped - and given Odegaard is now full fit again probably never will - but there is no suggestion he would want to leave or that Palace would want to take on a 180,000 per week salary for a player who will be 30 when his contract expires.

I dont get this obsession of wanting to bring ex players back. First Zaha, now Eze, they chose to leave, if it hasn't worked out for them, tough. We only want players, who want to be here and not a retreat for ex players who can't get a game elsewhere.
Nostalgia, innit.

TBF, getting Zaha back turned out pretty well. Not sure how many we have done but Andy Gray and Steve Kember come to mind as successes

I can see Arse shifting Eze out to the left with the departure of Drossard and reportedly Martinelli so he should get plenty of game time if not in his preferred centre midfield .

But no , For footballing reasons its time for others to shine and for financial reasons he has moved beyond our pay structure .In short its not going to happen

I don't think he'll be first pick as no.10 if odergaard is fit but as the norwegian is injury prone then i'm sure with arsenal playing 38 lge games and going deep in 3 cup comps i'm sure he'll get plenty of games.

the thing for me is that, he may've won an epl prem lge winners medal but he has lost that swagger and joy.
