Right. Although the one game where he did play three of them they were fine it is obvious that from a managerial perspective this is OG's weak point. He is only in for the glittering prizes and doesn't care for talent development at all. One of the reasons for all he has done for us I am happy he is leaving.

I doubt any modern 'manager' cares about youth development. If they have a kid who makes the team better then they'll pick him for that reason, but not otherwise. Their positions are far too fragile and short term for all that. Even the ones who pick a couple of kids in the league cup only do so to rest the senior players.
