Kluivert may have made a meal of it but Richards did tug his shirt to stop him breaking through our line, it's just the inconsistency with the other decisions. Why were we better with ten men? Bournemouth were so much better in possession first half, and would outnumber us pressing cleverly getting the ball back. So many sloppy passes and touches, I can see why JP is getting subbed, very ineffectual, not the usual hold up play. It took us 35 minutes to play well in possession rather than just waiting to break, when Sarr span and controlled the ball on his chest before driving at their defence and winning a free kick. We were much more intense second half, and we clearly have Villa on our minds. Kamada got good reviews v Newcastle and it looks like he's starting to find his A-game, much more composure and confidence in his play, I think part of the problem is the other players don't always read him and vice-versa - he tried to setp up Nketiah late on but passed straight at him, Nketiah wanted it either side of him so he could turn onto the ball but his lack of movement didn't show where he wanted the ball so Kamada played it to his feet, Nketiah showed disappointment but he didn't communicate at all and was static. Hopefully we'll rotate for Arsenal and not get battered, cos on current form we'll get mullahed by Villa - hopefully it's a one off cup game where we can surprise them. I'd be more confident if Villa had got past PSG.
