Thank You for the link, which I had not seen before.

I saw Ben Doak come off the bench the other day when he replaced Isaiah Jones.
He is a good dribbler very fleet of foot, he puts crosses into the box and creates chances.
He does like the ball at his feet with space to run on to.
 
Why do we insist on pratting about with silly offers. On the one hand it’s fantastic that we have recognised our targets and gone early but FFS just go in with proper offers and get it done so the players get in the squad quicker.
 
My Liverpool mate reckons they're looking for nearer £30m and a buyback clause. Has said that he's quick and beats players easily but was lacking an end product (like most of our wingers this century) although has improved that aspect of his game.

Seems like the sort of player who usually does well for us but feel like low 20s and maybe a sell on fee should be the extent of it, has played about 40 minutes of Premier League football in his career.

Sounds like a traditional winger, which I thought was not the Glasner system. Also, if they get
a player with those qualities it looks like JRS won't be around next season
 
30m is obviously too much, but the kid has lots of talent. I suspect a fairer fee is 20 ish, with some add ons and a future %.

I think he looks great, but by only worry would be where we are going to play him. From highlights, it looks like he exclusively has played on the right. So does he start ahead of Sarr?

When we bought Nketiah there was a comment from us, (OG, but maybe referencing DF) about he being able to play across the front 3. Which hasn't aged well. Cherki is probably out of our price bracket, but at least he does seam to play centrally as well as wide.
 
I was reading a Liverpool page about him, and the fans really don't want him to leave permanently. They think he will be good enough for the 1st team in not too long (especially if Salah leaves).

We aren't going to get near him, and neither will anyone else (ie. Ipswich).

This is my feeling: he won't want a permanent move. At a guess, we could sign the goalie we're linked to, terminate Turner's loan, and get Doak on loan until the end of the season. Guehi to join them either now or at end of season. Just guessing.
