Great but we are having to play Arsenal on Tuesday as their women are at home in CL on Wednesday. Can you imagine Arteta meltdown if the roles were reversed. Nothing against women’s football mens football fixtures are being negatively affected.

Surely the Brighton match should be Saturday if the Arsenal match is Tuesday? Sunday gives no time for recovery for the Tuesday night?

This is match against a team, like us, that is involved in the battle at the bottom of the EPL and therefore no iff's or but's injuries or not, we have to win to ease the pressure on the manager and the team. So hopefully that is what we will do do!

I daresay too much can be made of this folklore but as I recall managers have ben sacked for losing to brigjhton but not away to Arsenal in the Legue Cup quarter final.
