What a joke. They had most possession in the opening 20 mins but it’s not unusual for us to let the opposition have the ball in the first spell. They got nowhere and we pushed them back and for a long time we dominated, playing some delightful football, snappy tackles and one touch passing. Getting the penalty and a well deserved lead as a result.
Emery was outthought again by Glasner.

It was a magnificent team performance, however I would like to shine the spotlight on Kamada.
He has of course been derided by supporters but today his performance was impressive.

Agreed. I thought Kamada was excellent. A classy performance and hard working too. The whole team deserve Fred for outrunning and outplaying Villa despite having played on Thursday. Guehi was tightly MOTM but Kamada wasn’t far behind him.
