Aston Villa vs. Crystal Palace match thread

Two injuries must surely only add weight to get a number of players in, a number of them.

What a performance and run though. 5 points after Chelsea, Forest and Villa, with two European games in between, our talisman leaving and a thread bare squad.

Glasner is such a superb manager, it’s ridiculous that we have him. Who knows what might ever have been, had we actually delivered what he asked, but my word, what an odd and delirious feeling it is to have been a Palace fan this last year or so.

COYP and well done every player out there 😍:football:
Right time for the international break, however.

Who came on for Sarr, Did we have no sub? Poor esse appears to need a Loan. Yeremy very exciting.
Guehi what a goal, what a way to leave the club

Great night, hope Wharton and Sarr are ok, issues of a small squad

Dedication Teddy.
Possibly. Or no telly and the radio is a bit dubious. No, you're right.

This is from the BBC

Aston Villa were unbeaten in their previous 19 home Premier League matches before this one, the longest current unbeaten run on home soil of any top-flight side - some 372 days.

They're now holding a different record, the only team in England's top four divisions yet to score a league goal this season.
