If he’s injured then I do think that is bad player management to start him in the cup again and see him injured for a league game.

Why does it always have to be someone’s fault when a player gets injured ?

Glasner clearly stated 2 things pre Wednesday ; he was picking the fittest eleven available and that he was approaching both games with a view to winning them.

So Eze is passed fit to play on Wednesday but then suffers a reaction and misses todays game.

Glasner could of course left Eze out of the Emirates match and then people would moan he wasn’t playing his best players

It doesn’t always have to be somebody’s fault. In this case though Eze went into the cup game with a sore foot and seems to have aggravated it. In other words he went in carrying a minor injury. I just think it might have made sense to rest him from the cup game given that

I’m guessing OG prioritised the cup game. To be honest whilst I’d like us to get something out of todays game we have bigger fish to fry coming up so I just hope we get through today’s game largely unscathed whatever the result and everyone fit for the Christmas matches.
