Andrew Mountbatten Windsor

clearly his name and reputation are being closely protected. You will never read a bad word published about him. Which is probably correct for somebody expected to carry the burden of that High Office.

Next we will hope that William can keep his side of the bargain. Take lessons from all the famous people who made a fool of themselves......Gary Linekar, Prince Andrew, etc etc.....and try to follow the Stately example of QEII

Overseeing the destruction of the country and fully supporting it you mean.

I remember in one of her last broadcasts she celebrated the diversity and called this generation one of the best or something like that.

She was certainly the liberal's idea of a perfect monarch.

Maybe. But i never envisaged her 'overseeing' anything. Her job was to do and say nothing political. Which she performed very well. Half the time the words she spoke were scripted by some fecker in Downing Street. Its only after QEII went that we truly realise what a good job she did. Charles ? no comment.

Na, overseeing the destruction of your people and saying nothing isn't good enough for me.

The vows she took in 52 were and are seriously undermined by what her politicians did.......and she did and said nothing.

Nope not for me.

Apparently there was a Prince Andrew Close very near to Buck House........... probably more of a warning sign.😒 😆 😒
More cost to the taxpayer when they have to change the signage to "Andrew Close".

You frequently disgust me but you rarely shock me.

Your opposition to Queen Elizabeth does though. I thought it would be one of the few things we agree on. She was an ever present for almost my whole life. A rock of stability, love and kindness. An inspiration to all. I miss her greatly, despite never meeting her. Although the car she was being driven in nearly ran me down on the Embankment! That’s another story though.

Oh the irony.

It's a criticism of the late Monarch for the reasons stated, not an opposition.

I think she tried to do the right thing, I just don't think she succeeded.

It’s been suggested that William had a lot of influence over the way the Andrew situation has been handled. Due to him having a greater awareness of the public mood and the need to avoid any further dents in the reputation of the Monarchy.

I wonder what both Charles and William privately think of Trump? Not what their public position is, which will always be based on diplomacy. Also what they know, because they will know, because of Andrew. I cannot imagine William being a Trump fan!

So I am wondering if part of the deal they agreed with Andrew is that, at the appropriate time, he will make a contrite apology and partial admission of misjudgement. Then agree to give evidence, as they requested, to the Congressional Oversight committee which is investigating the way the Epstein case has been handled. Doing this via video link to avoid any possibility of arrest. His evidence could be vital in implementing Trump, even if it is taken in camera.

All speculation of course, but this whole saga has seen some unexpected turns.

I wonder what most on here privately think of you.
