I was there too, returning a week ago. It was very windy, gale force at times, with some rain at times. Extremely unseasonal! The biggest problem though was the chaos at the airport where the new EES system isn’t functioning properly. The queues are long, tedious and fill the departure areas then when you reach the front the machines, of which there are only a few, fail to work properly. Flights are being delayed and at least one left without loading everyone.

I'm reading that Greece plan to drop EES this summer, which if you're from a non Schengen country might be attractive to avoid similar?
