My purchase experience was pretty straightforward & painless too - Logged in around 09.45, held in a queue till 10.00, informed that there were 2000 (ish) in front of me, but by 10.10 I had chosen my seat / ticket , paid for it & the receipt was in my inbox -

When you have chosen your seat / ticket & are at the checkout section its offered to you in a drop down box as an option.

Apparently Ismailia Sarr is our 3rd choice penalty taker - (according to OG in last nights post game presser) he also said he doesn't feel the need to interfere too much on how they take them, I suppose its one of those things that so long as they score most of them, then no one is going to mind.
